By accessing and using Finorly, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Finorly provides cloud-based accounting and financial management software for small businesses and freelancers. The service includes ledger tracking, invoicing, inventory management, and business tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free plans have usage limits as described on our pricing page
  • PLUS subscriptions are billed monthly at $12/month
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime - no long-term contracts
  • Refunds available within 30 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Resell or redistribute the service

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over content you upload. You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Finorly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of material changes.
