All PLUS plan subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Free Plan

The free plan is always free - no refunds needed! You can use it indefinitely with no commitment.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@finorly.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your PLUS subscription anytime:

  • Cancel from your account settings
  • No cancellation fees
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation
  • Reactivate anytime to restore full access

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available if:

  • Account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Excessive or fraudulent refund requests
  • Subscription was purchased more than 30 days ago

Pro-Rated Refunds

If you downgrade from PLUS to Free during your billing cycle, we'll provide a pro-rated credit for future use or refund upon request.
